How long is the delivery time?

Our goal is to maintain a same day shipping policy. All orders processed before 3pm PST will ship the same day. Orders processed after 3pm PST will be shipped the next business day. Orders processed on weekends and holidays will be shipped the next business day. Most orders arrive within 3-5 days.

What colors are available?

Currently we have black and pink RIDECAP™ headrest covers. We find the typical UBER driver purchases the black RIDECAP™ headrest covers and the LYFT drivers purchase the pink ones. The COMBO drivers purchase one black and one pink to correspond to the different companys' color schemes.

Are the RIDECAP™ headrest covers legal to use?

Yes. In comparison to the typical hang tag sign sold elsewhere, our RIDECAP™ headrest covers are legal in all states, our RIDECAP™ headrest covers violate no jurisdictional laws.

How do I clean my RIDECAP™ headrest covers?

Our RIDECAP™ headrest covers are made of high quality polyester and are machine washable. Drip dry to protect the plastic pouch. To maintain the proper color on the pink RIDECAP™ headrest, you may want to dry clean or wash by hand.

What is your return policy?

Do I need to signup for an account in order to make a purchase?

No. We make purchasing easy at You may make purchases with or without an account. If you feel you would like a purchase history or would like to become a regular returning customer, we do encourage you to open an account. It makes things easier.

Can I order the RIDECAP™ headrest covers as a gift?

Yes. They make great gifts because some of our inserts enable the user to increase their income throughout the year! So it's a perfect gift.

Do you deliver to P.O boxes?

No. Our system is not set up to deliver to P.O. boxes at this time.

Do you accept international orders?

No. Our system has not been set up to accept international orders.
